Event Contractor definition

Event Contractor s Equipment” shall mean all equipment, instruments, tools, machinery and other appliances and things of whatsoever nature required for the fulfillment of the Contract or of the Event Contractor’s Obligations, but not including those items which are intended to form, or which form part of the Facility.
Event Contractor s Obligations” shall mean the obligation to execute the Event in its entirety and shall, without limitation, include the Event Contractor’s Operation and Maintenance including defect liability.
Event Contractor means a third party contracted by You to provide services critical to the success of the Event. Event Period means the date from which the Event starts up to and including the date the Event concludes.

  • Upon occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, Contractor shall promptly notify KHS of the Force Majeure Event, its effect on performance, and how long Contractor expects it to last.

  • Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.

  • Client Contract means a futures or option contract between us and you, which is matched by an identical Contract;
