NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. During the term of this Agreement the parties to the Agreement agree that there shall be no strike or lockout in accordance with the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. 43.01 During the term of the collective agreement, the bargaining agent shall not declare or authorize, and the officers or representatives of the bargaining agent shall not counsel or procure the declaration or authorization of, a strike of employees or the participation of employees in a strike of employees in the bargaining unit to which the collective agreement relates.
NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. 5.01 During the term of this Agreement and while negotiations (including Arbitration proceedings) for a renewal Agreement are taking place, the parties agree that the Employer shall not lock out any of its nurses and the Association will not strike the Employer's operations as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.
NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strikes, and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts, during the term of this Agreement. The term "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given to them in the Labour Relations Act, R.S.O. 1995, as amended.
NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. 26.01 It is agreed that there shall be no strike, work stoppage, or lock-out, as defined by the Nova Scotia Trade Union Act, unless all the requirements, conditions and limitations specified in the Act are adhered to.
NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. 1. During the term of this Agreement or any written extension thereof, the UNION on behalf of its officers, agents and unit members agrees that there shall be no strikes, stoppages, refusal to cross picket lines, boycotts or interruptions of work, or other activities which interfere directly or indirectly with UNIVERSITY operations. The UNIVERSITY agrees that there shall be no lockouts by the UNIVERSITY during the life of this Agreement or any written extensions thereof.
NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. 8.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees, that during the lifetime of this Agreement, there will be no strike, slowdown, either complete or partial, or any other form of job action which will interfere with the Employer’s operations or stop services. If such action should take place, the Union will instruct the employees to continue to work and to perform their duties in the normal course.
NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. It is understood and agreed that the services performed by the DPW Employees are essential to public health, safety and welfare. Therefore, the Union agrees on behalf of itself and its members, that it will not authorize, instigate, aid condone, or engage in any strike, work stoppage or other action at any time, including upon termination of this Agreement, which will interrupt or interfere with the said service performed by the Town of Upton. No employees shall cause or take part in any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, or other action, which will interrupt or interfere with the operation of the Town. In the event of a violation of this section, the Union, with concurrence of Management, agrees to take positive affirmative steps with the DPW Employees concerned, and to hold meetings to bring about an immediate resumption of normal work. Should there be a violation of this section, there shall be no discussion or negotiations regarding the difference or dispute during the existence of such violation or before normal work has been resumed. The Town agrees that it will not lock out DPW Employees nor will it do anything to provoke interruptions of or prevent such continuity of performance, insofar as such performance is required in the normal and usual operation of Town services.

NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. The parties are cognizant of the provisions of Florida Statutes, Chapter 447, Part II, as they apply to Law Enforcement Officers and agree that those provisions, as now stated or as amended during the term of this Agreement, will be observed in the circumstances to which they are applicable.
