NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. 8.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees, that during the lifetime of this Agreement, there will be no strike, slowdown, either complete or partial, or any other form of job action which will interfere with the Employer’s operations or stop services. If such action should take place, the Union will instruct the employees to continue to work and to perform their duties in the normal course.
