Job Action. 4-9-1: The Association will determine, by a vote of its membership, if any new job action will be taken by the Association.
Job Action. The Association agrees that it, its officers, its agents or its membership shall not authorize, sanction, condone, engage or acquiesce in any strike or job action, defined herein as the abstinence in full or part from any of the employee's duties of employment for the purpose of effecting a change in the employee's or any other person's employment conditions or relationship during the term of this Agreement.
Job Action. The Association agrees that it will refrain from any unlawful act such as strike, work stoppage, slow down, or other job action during the life of this contract and will eschew any threat, encouragement, support, or condoning of any such job action.
Job Action. It is recognized by both NJIT and SOA that the continued and uninterrupted operation of the University is of paramount importance. Therefore the SOA agrees that it will refrain from any act contrary to law such as strike, work stoppage, slow down, or other job action during the life of this Agreement and will eschew any threat, encouragement, support or condoning of any such job action.
Job Action. A. In the event of a job action by any employee group that prevents nurses from entering a school building they shall contact the Bureau of Health Education and Services for instructions as to what to do.
Job Action. Article A.22 (BLNTU School Union Representatives), Article A.29 (Access and Facilities) Article A.30 (Bulletin Boards) and Article A.31 (Internal Mail) of this Agreement do not apply while either party is taking action permitted by Part 5 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia.
Job Action. The Union agrees to actively seek stoppage of any type job action by a member or members of the Bargaining Unit and shall take whatever affirmative steps reasonably within their ability that are necessary to end such job actions.
Job Action. If other District employees engage in a strike, Teachers will not participate in a slowdown, work stoppage or sympathy strike, even if permitted by law.

Job Action. The officers, agents, representatives, and/or members agree that during the term of this agreement they will not honor any job action by any other employee(s) or recognize a picket line of a labor organization while in the course of the performance of their official duties.
