NO STRIKES/LOCKOUTS. 1. During the term of this Agreement or any written extension thereof, the UNION on behalf of its officers, agents and unit members agrees that there shall be no strikes, stoppages, refusal to cross picket lines, boycotts or interruptions of work, or other activities which interfere directly or indirectly with UNIVERSITY operations. The UNIVERSITY agrees that there shall be no lockouts by the UNIVERSITY during the life of this Agreement or any written extensions thereof.
