New Building. When a new school building is being built and a new staff has been hired, the staff will be given five (5) additional per diem days dedicated to moving into and setting up classrooms, facilities specific training, team building, as well as appropriate staff development as determined by the school leadership team. If there is a request for additional days beyond the five (5) allotted, the request must be approved by the appropriate associate superintendent.

New Building. In the event of a new building, the City shall provide for all bargaining unit members a locker/changing room with shower facilities. The City also agrees to purchase and maintain stationary exercise equipment, such as a treadmill, stair-stepper, stationary bicycle, etc., for use of bargaining unit members on the Police Department building grounds.

New Building. BUILDING shall mean the proposed multistoried building’s (G+ IV) constructed by the Developer at the said Property in accordance with the Sanctioned Building Plan.

New Building. Landlord is in the process of obtaining necessary approvals to construct a new building (“New Building”) to be located on the site of the 11CC Building, which will be demolished in order to make room for the New Building. The New Building will include, inter alia, first floor space to be used for retail or other non-office uses, office space common areas, and an underground garage. As used herein, except where the context clearly contemplates otherwise, “Building” shall mean the New Building. Tenant desires to lease premises within such New Building, as more fully set forth herein.

New Building. The office building to be constructed by Landlord on the Site and in the general location of the office building commonly known as the ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Building, pursuant to the terms of the Work Letter; the Existing Building (as refurbished) and the New Building shall sometimes be collectively referred to as the “Buildings” and each, as a “Building.”

New Building. WSCC-LC reserves the right to bargain over all impacts of the new building whether identified prior to or subsequent to the issuance of the temporary certificate of occupancy. WSCC intends to begin scheduling client events in the new building in 2023. The parties agree to meet in a labor management forum during 2022 and 2023 on a quarterly basis, if so requested by either party. The purpose of the meetings will be to address anticipated impacts to any bargaining unit’s terms and conditions of employment. Any mutual written agreements will be in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding.

New Building. From and after the Commencement Date of the New Building through the end of the stated Term (subject to Exhibit “J” for the Extension Periods), the same per RSF rate as is in effect from time to time with respect to the Existing Building (other than the Storage Space), including any cumulative annual escalations therein.
