Stated Term. This Agreement shall become effective on the date that the Service issues the Permit requested in the HCP and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of 25 years or until termination of the Permit, whichever occurs sooner.
Stated Term. The term of this Agreement shall be from the effective date hereof until June 30, 2011, subject to the termination provision of Section 13 of this Agreement, or unless extended or renewed by the written agreement of the parties.
Stated Term. This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and will continue in effect until 11:59 p.m. on March 6, 2015, unless terminated earlier by one or both of the Parties in accordance with ARTICLE 10.

On January 1 of each year, beginning on January 1, 2008, the Stated Term shall automatically be extended for a period of one year unless either party gives written notice to the other party on or before December 1 of the preceding year. For example, in order to avoid any doubt, notice of termination must be given on before December 1, 2007 or the Stated Term shall automatically be extended to December 31, 2008
Stated Term. Subject to earlier termination pursuant to Section 4 above, the term of this Agreement shall be deemed to have commenced as of the Effective Date and shall continue through December 31, 2010.

Stated Term. This Employment Agreement shall be deemed to commence on August 1, 2000, and unless it is terminated earlier in the manner provided below in this Agreement, shall continue for a term of three years and upon each anniversary date of this Agreement shall be deemed to automatically renew for a new three year term from such anniversary date. Not later than each anniversary date of this Agreement, either party shall have the right to provide written notice of their intention to have the Agreement expire at the end of the then-pending three year term period without automatic renewal.
Stated Term. Employment commenced on November 1, 1997 and will end on November, 2002 (the "End Date") or until Employee's employment under this Agreement is terminated pursuant to this Section 2 ("Term").
