Building Plan definition

Building Plan means the plan sanctioned by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation for construction of ground plus eighteen upper floors residential building at the Premises vide Building Permit No.2020070001 dated 09.06.2020 and shall include any revised building plan and all sanctionable modifications thereof and/or alterations thereto as may be necessary and/or required by the Promoter from time to time as per the recommendation of the Architects subject to compliance of the Act;

Building Plan means the provisional plan annexed hereto, marked “B”, being for type "UNIT ", measuring square metres and subject to clause 5.2;

Building Plan means a set of architectural / engineering drawings needed to explain the building construction proposal, to be submitted to the authority for the purpose of seeking approval or intimation.

More Definitions of Building Plan

Building Plan means a plan accompanying a notice for sanction, or provisional sanction for erection, or re- erection, or addition to, or alteration of, a building;

Building Plan means a proposal submitted to Authority for approval, which comprises of architectural drawings, specifications of the design including structural designs, calculations, details of the land on which building is proposed;
