Parking Rights definition

Parking Rights. Two (2) stalls.
Parking Rights. As of the Commencement Date, Tenant shall be permitted to use one hundred thirty-seven (137) parking spaces at the Project on a non-exclusive basis. Tenant is aware and agrees that the final number of parking spaces may change if required by any Governmental Authority.
Parking Rights. Lessee shall be permitted, upon payment by Lessee of the then prevailing per car Parking Rental Rate (as the same may be fixed from time to time) within the parking structure of the Building, or upon the payment of such other rate as may be provided herein, to park in designated standard size passenger automobiles in seventy-seven (77) unreserved parking spaces and three (3) reserved parking spaces in the parking structure of the Building.

Examples of Parking Rights in a sentence

  • Tenant’s Parking Rights shall be non-transferable (directly or indirectly) to any other institutions, entities or individuals.

  • Parking Rights shall (i) be unassigned, and (ii) be on a self-park or attendant parking basis (or a combination thereof), as determined by Landlord.

  • Tenant’s Parking Rights shall be subject to such reasonable rules and regulations therefor as may be set and changed with reasonable prior notice by the Landlord from time to time and uniformly enforced by Landlord during the Term.

  • Landlord shall have the right to make reasonable modifications to the City Parking Rights, or to create, accept or adopt additional City Parking Rights, so long as they do not materially adversely affect Tenant’s parking rights as provided in this Article 28.
