The Organisation must ensure effective contribution, where applicable, to the operation of statewide and local networks of retrieval, specialty service transfer and inter-district networked specialty clinical services.

Networks and Services Provided to Other Organisations. Each NSW Health service is a part of integrated networks of clinical services that aim to ensure timely access to appropriate care for all eligible patients. The Organisation must ensure effective contribution, where applicable, to the operation of statewide and local networks of retrieval, specialty service transfer and inter-district networked specialty clinical services. The facilities of the St Vincent’s Health Network are located within the geographical boundaries of the South Eastern Sydney and Western Sydney Local Health Districts. Collaborative arrangements are to be continued to ensure provision of clinical services to the communities located in these Local Health Districts. The Network will work with the following Local Health Districts to have in place a Service and Partnership Agreement and other agreements as required from time to time:  Western Sydney Local Health District regarding provision of services by or to St Xxxxxxx 's Hospital Sydney Limited in relation to St Xxxxxx 's Hospital  South Eastern Sydney Local Health District regarding the provision of services by or to St Vincent's Hospital Sydney Limited in relation to St Vincent's Hospital Sydney and Sacred Heart Health Service.  Sydney Local Health District in relation to Stanford House.  Murrumbidgee Local Health District across a number of specialties including haematology and renal. St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney Limited and Murrumbidgee Local Health District entered into a Partnership Agreement dated 2 May 2016. The Ministry acknowledges that as the Network operates as part of the St Vincent’s Health Australia group of companies the Network may receive services from and provide services to other facilities within the St Vincent’s Health Australia group. SVHA takes a collaborative approach to health care and research on the Darlinghurst Campus working with partners Xxxxxx Xxxxx Cardiac Research Institute, Garvan Institute of Medical Research and St Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney and the St Vincent’s Clinic. Key Clinical Services Provided to Other Health Services The Organisation will ensure continued provision of access by other Districts and Health Services, as set out in the table below. The respective responsibilities should be incorporated in formal service agreements between the parties.   • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services.
