Lead Role definition

Lead Role means the University (whether or not the University is in the lead role for the administration of a co-ordinated procurement process on behalf of the Higher Education Sector for the supply of goods and/or services of the type specified in the Purchase Order);
Lead Role means the Higher Education Institution identified in the Award Letter and named in the Attachment as the lead role for the administration of a co-ordinated procurement process on behalf of the Higher Education Sector for the supply of goods and/or services of the type specified in the Purchase Order.
