Clinical Services definition

Clinical Services means services such as screening, assessment, placement, treatment planning, counseling, and case management.
Clinical Services means the direct and/or indirect provision of medical and healthcare services at the Facility to or for the benefit of persons requesting or requiring such services;
Clinical Services means the direct and/or indirect provision of medical and healthcare services at the Facility and the Existing Facility to or for the benefit of persons requesting or requiring such services, including but, not limited to, all management and administrative operations in support thereof.

More Definitions of Clinical Services

Clinical Services means all and any part of the Services described in this Service Schedule to be provided to Clients, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Service Schedule.
Clinical Services means clinical trial management, monitoring, data management, biostatistics, medical, regulatory and other related services performed under contract for an entity which is testing a pharmaceutical product for the purpose of obtaining either regulatory approval to conduct human clinical trials or regulatory approval of the sale of such product. Clinical Services does not include (i) basic research and development activities in drug discovery, or (ii) diagnostic laboratory services.
Clinical Services means substance abuse assessment, individual or group counseling, and discharge planning. The organization may also determine that other specified activities require the services of a professional staff member.
