Care Units definition

Care Units means all care residences, care apartments and care suites provided on-site, excluding any staff accommodation or guest accommodation, and “Care Unit” shall mean any one such unit;
Care Units means that portion of the CCL upon which the Seller will construct 13 (Thirteen) Units, as such being a part of the Sectional Title Register opened by the Seller on the relevant portion of the Parent Property, which Units will be registered in favour of ZLEMHOA and in respect of which Units certain of the Care Services will be available to the Purchaser;

Examples of Care Units in a sentence

  • When feasible, the Nursing Supervisor or designee will offer the Patient Care Unit(s) an option to recommend floating assignments for unit RNs before per diems are assigned.

  • Special treatment unit for eligible employees is defined as Burn, Emergency, Respiratory, Intensive Care, Cardiac Services, Behavioral Health, Labor and Delivery, Medical Imaging, Operating Room, Dialysis, and Neonatal Intensive Care Units.

  • The rate for eligible employees in Respiratory, Intensive Care, Coronary Care, Behavioral Health, Labor and Delivery, Medical Imaging, Operating Room, and Neonatal Intensive Care Units shall be one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per hour.

  • A full time ER/CCU Staffing Resource Team Nurse is a registered nurse who works full time hours between the Emergency Room and/or Critical Care Units of the Employer.

  • If Graphite does not take commercially reasonable steps to prosecute (including settling) such a Product Infringement in a country or jurisdiction, then IDT may, but is not obligated to, prosecute the Product Infringement at its own expense in such country or jurisdiction.
