Transfer Services. The business activities of The Company relating to the Transfer of passengers within the Terms and Conditions set out in The Agreement.

Transfer Services. TGP Available Capacity Limit on Confirmed Nominations (a) confirm the Nominations for Firm Forward Class A Services not exceeding the TGP Available Capacity; then (b) confirm the Nominations for Firm Forward Class B1 Services in chronological order of Initial Start Date of the Firm Forward Class B1 Service up to but not in excess of the TGP Available Capacity remaining after subtracting the Confirmed Nominations for Firm Forward Class A Services. The Service Providers may confirm part of a Nomination to ensure the aggregate of all TGP Confirmed Nominations is equal to (but does not exceed) the TGP Available Capacity. For the avoidance of doubt, a confirmation of part of a Nomination in these circumstances is not a Curtailment; (c) confirm the Nominations for Firm Forward Class B2 Services in chronological order of Initial Start Date of the Firm Forward Class B2 Service up to but not in excess of the TGP Available Capacity remaining after subtracting the Confirmed Nominations for Firm Forward Class A Services and Firm Forward Class B1 Services. The Service Providers may confirm part of a Nomination to ensure the aggregate of all TGP Confirmed Nominations is equal to (but does not exceed) the TGP Available Capacity. For the avoidance of doubt, a confirmation of part of a Nomination in these circumstances is not a Curtailment; and (d) not confirm Nominations by the Shipper for Transfer Services in excess of the TGP Available Capacity under this clause 4.2.

Transfer Services. The Company authorizes and directs the Bank, upon an Authorized Person’s request, as communicated in writing or through the Product, and received by the Bank, to transfer Funds into any other Company Account or third-party account at the Bank. The Bank shall not be obligated at any time to transfer from any Account any amount more than the collected balance on deposit in such account at the time of the request or time of transfer. The Bank shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to refuse any transfer hereunder for purposes of determining whether the Company has authorized the transfer and shall incur no liability for any such delay. This statement is specifically for use in performing a transfer of funds from account to account at the Bank and is not intended for wire transfer transactions. Transfer requests received after 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed on the next Business Day.

Transfer Services. Immediately on the signing of this Agreement arrange for gas electricity fuel water and telephone services (as available to the Property) to be transferred to the Tenant's name with effect from the commencement date of the Tenancy and pay for any transfer charge applicable and immediately notify the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent in the event of the transfer of the services to a different supplier.

Transfer Services. We provide Users with the following transfer services (“Transfer Services”): Deposit Virtual Assets and fiat money on their Wallets; Withdraw Virtual Assets and fiat money out of their Wallets and onto cryptocurrency wallets or fiat money accounts held under their names with other service providers; Please refer to section 4 below for the terms governing deposits and withdrawal pursuant to Services 3.1.2.a. and 3.1.2.b.

Transfer Services. Upon (i) the expiration or termination of this Client Work Order or associated Integrated Agreement, (ii) the termination of the Contract, or (iii) the request of the House or the Client at any time, the Contractor must provide any reasonable cooperation requested by the House or the Client that may be required to facilitate the transfer of the affected Technology Services to the House, the Client, or a third-party service provider.

Transfer Services. If there is a conflict between this section relating to Interac® e-Transfer Services and the other terms and conditions in this Agreement or any other agreement you have with Vancity that is not specific to the Transaction in issue, this section relating to Interac® e-Transfer Services will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict with respect to Interac® e-Transfer Services.

Transfer Services. See your Member Services Agreement for additional terms and conditions that apply to Transfer Services. You may transfer funds between your accounts, from other financial institutions to your accounts and from your accounts to deposit and investment accounts in other financial institutions. A “Transfer from Another Institution” moves funds into an account at NASA Federal Credit Union or to a NASA Federal Credit Union installment loan or mortgage from an account outside NASA Federal Credit Union. A “Transfer to Another Institution” moves funds from an account at NASA Federal Credit Union to an account outside NASA Federal Credit Union. You will need to register each of the non-NASA Federal Credit Union accounts that you wish to use for these transfers. You agree that you will only register accounts for which you are an owner and have the authority to transfer funds. It may take up to five (5) business days to establish a connection with other financial institutions. Note: Some accounts outside of NASA Federal Credit Union cannot be set up to receive funds. The following types of transfers can be processed: • Transfers from an account are immediately deducted from the account’s available balance. • Immediate or scheduled one-time transfers and recurring transfers can be made from a NASA Federal Credit Union checking, savings, money market, or line of credit to most NASA Federal Credit Union accounts. • Transfers can be made from a NASA Federal Credit Union checking, savings, money market, or line of credit account to some deposit and investment accounts outside of NASA Federal Credit Union. • Payments to mortgages may only be made on a one-time basis. • Other transfers can be made on a one-time or recurring basis. One-time transfers may be immediate or scheduled for a future date. The recurring transfer feature may be used when a set amount is transferred at regular intervals. For example, $100 transfers from a checking to a savings account that occurs every 2 weeks.
