CENTRAL LABOUR RELATIONS COMMITTEE. The parties agree that the Central Labour Relations Committee will discuss the following topics:  Provision of information relating to bargaining unit members, including scope, manner of disclosure and timing, in order to assist the parties in preparation for the next round of central bargainingMedical Intervention Training  Staffing for Supervision  Violence Prevention Training  Concerns, if any, regarding systemic issues relating to allocation or application of sick leave/short term disability leave  Any other issues raised by the parties LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #12 BETWEEN The Canadian Union of Public Employees (Hereinafter ‘CUPE’) AND The Council of Trustees’ Associations (Hereinafter the ‘CTA/CAE’) AND The Crown RE: EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATORS WORK GROUP (FDK) The parties and the Crown agree that within sixty (60) days following central ratification, a work group consisting of equal numbers of CTA/Crown and CUPE representatives shall convene to consider and make recommendations concerning Early Childhood Educators including, but not limited to the following:  Hours of workPreparation time  FDK class sizeStudents with special needsStaffing levels  Professional collaboration and development  the feasibility of establishing Itinerant Lead positions within the bargaining unit. The work group shall make joint recommendations to the parties no later than June 30, 2016. CENTRAL LABOUR RELATIONS COMMITTEE. C7.1 Preamble‌ The Council of Trustees’ Associations (CTA) and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) agree to establish a joint Central Labour Relations Committee (Committee) to promote and facilitate communication between rounds of bargaining on issues of joint interest.‌
CENTRAL LABOUR RELATIONS COMMITTEE. The CTA and OCEW agree to establish a joint Central Labour Relations Committee to promote and facilitate communication between rounds of bargaining on issues of joint interest. The parties to the Committee shall meet within sixty days of the completion of the current round of negotiations to agree on Terms of Reference for the Committee. The Committee shall meet as agreed but a minimum of three times in each school year. The parties to the Committee agree that any discussion at the Committee will be on a without prejudice and without precedent basis, unless agreed otherwise. The committee shall include up to six (6) representatives from OCEW and up to six {6) representatives from the CTA. The parties agree that the Crown may attend meetings. OCEW and CTA representatives will each select one co-chair. Additional representatives may attend as required by each party. CENTRAL GRIEVANCE PROCESS
