Additional Representatives. Each party to this Agreement shall have the right to have the assistance of a representative when dealing or negotiating with the other party.

The Authority will pay five (5) employees designated by the Union at the specialist rate of pay for a maximum of forty-four (44) hours per week to perform work on grievances, health and safety and/or other labor management issues. These employees will be released full-time to perform this work and will report to the Union. If the parties, after full discussion, feel the need for aid in arriving at a solution, they may by agreement invite such additional Management or Union representatives or witnesses from the Plant as may be necessary and available to participate in further discussion, but such additional representatives shall not relieve the local participants from responsibility to arrive at a solution of the complaint.

The foregoing provision regarding the abolishment of the ARC Committees and creation of the five new positions shall cover jointly all three divisions of the Authority represented by Local 234 (CTD, Frontier and Victory).
Additional Representatives. (a) By execution hereof, each of the indersigned hereby confirms that the securities of NET and TSI to be issued or delivered to him or it pursuant to this Agreement (the "Securities") will be acquired for investment for the undersigned's own account, not as a nominee or agent, and not with a view to the resale or distribution of any part thereof, and that each of the undersigned has no present intention of selling, granting any participation in, or otherwise distributing the same. By execution hereof, each of the undersigned further represents such undersigned does not have any contract, undertaking agreement or arrangement with any third party, with respect to any of the Securities.

Where applicable, You may reassign Subscription Accounts from time to time to new Representatives who replace Your formerly designated Representatives; provided, however, You may not allow more than one individual Representative to use or otherwise share a single Subscription Account.

Unless the Modification Panel resolves otherwise the chairman of the Modification Panel either of his own volition or on the request of any Modification Panel Member (provided the chairman considers such request to be appropriate) and/or any Proposer may require the presence at any meeting of an individual to speak to particular items on the agenda. Any such individual shall be entitled to attend and speak to such particular items at the relevant meeting but shall have no vote and shall not be included in the membership of the Modification Panel. Any such individual attending as an additional representative shall require to execute a confidentiality undertaking in terms of Clause 66.16. 6.8

Unless the PAAP resolves otherwise the chairman of the PAAP, of his own volition or on the request of any PAAP Member (provided the chairman considers any such request to be appropriate), and/or any Party whose performance is being discussed may require the presence at any meeting of an individual to speak to particular items on the agenda. Any such individual shall be entitled to attend and speak to such agenda items at the relevant meeting but shall have no vote and shall not be included in the membership of the PAAP. Any such individual attending as an additional representative shall require to execute a confidentiality undertaking in terms of Clause 66.16. 20.10
