Time Off for Meetings. Any representative of the Union on this Committee, or their alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the Senior Administrator has prior notice.
Time Off for Meetings. Any representative of the Union on the Labour-Management Relations Committee, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending Labour-Management Relations Committee meetings held within working hours without loss of remuneration.
Time Off for Meetings. Where meetings of the Bargaining Committee occur during working hours, Union members of the Committee shall not suffer loss of remuneration due to attendance at such meetings.

Time Off for Meetings. Up to six (6) representatives of the Union on the Bargaining Committee, who are in the employ of the Board, shall have the right to attend meetings held within working hours without loss of remuneration. The Union shall reimburse the Board for wages and benefits for the fourth, fifth and sixth representatives.
Time Off for Meetings. In the event a meeting of the Bargaining Committee is scheduled during normal working hours, any representative of the Union on the Bargaining Committee who is an employee of the Employer may attend without loss of remuneration.
Time Off for Meetings. While meetings will normally be held outside of working hours any representative of the Union or the Bargaining Team, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the right to attend bargaining meetings with the Employer held within working hours without loss of remuneration. It is understood that the employee(s) must notify the Director or her designate prior to the meeting date so that she may arrange supply staff to ensure staff/child ratios.
Time Off for Meetings. It is agreed that two (2) members of the Union Bargaining Committee who are in the employ of the Employer shall have the right to attend direct negotiating meetings held with representatives of the Employer. The two (2) members of the Bargaining Committee in the employ of the Employer shall suffer no loss of pay while attending negotiating meetings with the Employer. In no event shall such attendance result in overtime pay.
Time Off for Meetings. The four (4) representatives of the Union shall be granted time off work with pay for the purpose of attending meetings of the PJLMC, or paid their regular hourly rate of pay for the time of the meeting if off duty, and it is agreed that each party hereto shall pay fifty per cent (50%) of the administrative costs of the PJLMC.
Time Off for Meetings. (a) Shop Stewards, Local Union Officers or the grieved Party, not more than two (2) at any time, shall be permitted to leave their job up to fifteen (15) minutes approximately to discuss a specific grievance or to investigate a specific circumstance giving rise to a grievance during working hours provided they notify their xxxxxxx or supervisor or manager of where they are going, and provided they give reasonable time for a substitute to be put on their job if necessary. The Employer shall grant permission for such absence from the job and shall not unnecessarily delay substitution when required.
