Mondays to Fridays. (a) An Employee called back to work after the Employee has left work for the day must be paid for a minimum of 4 hours’ work calculated at the appropriate rate for each time the Employee is called back.
Mondays to Fridays. 25.5.1 An employee called out to work after the expiration of their customary working time and after they have left work for the day on Monday to Friday shall be paid for a minimum of four hours work calculated at one and a half times the ordinary prescribed rate for each time he is so called out. Mondays to Fridays. The Help Desk Technical Support TELEPHONE Line operates from 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Provision for support outside these hours can be made to the Account Manager or support technician on call. All Support Calls will be logged on our Tracking System so that we can identify trends and to ensure our performance meets our commitments. We operate a “big screen” monitoring suite that not only monitors various health and performance parameters of the Server but also things that are outside our control such as Internet provision – so we will typically know that “the internet has gone down” before you will. We have invested in 40Mb leased line connectivity and TeamViewer remote administration software so we have the best tools available to assist in the event of an urgent requirement.
Mondays to Fridays. All transactions after the said time shall be deemed to be those conducted on the next business day. A transaction will be determined passing cut-off time based on the time of related file or information is received by the Bank.
