Mondays to Fridays. 25.5.1 An employee called out to work after the expiration of their customary working time and after they have left work for the day on Monday to Friday shall be paid for a minimum of four hours work calculated at one and a half times the ordinary prescribed rate for each time he is so called out. Provided that the employee, if required to work for two hours or more, shall be paid for a minimum of four hours work calculated at one and a half times the ordinary prescribed rate for the first two hours and at double the ordinary prescribed rate thereafter.   • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday.

  • Annual Holidays (i) On completion of 12 months continuous service an employee shall be entitled to annual paid leave of 4 working weeks.

  • Monday through Friday Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all safes and other heavy property brought into the Building and also the times and manner of moving the same in and out of the Building. Safes and other heavy objects shall, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on supports of such thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such safe or property in any case. Any damage to any part of the Building, its contents, occupants or visitors by moving or maintaining any such safe or other property shall be the sole responsibility and expense of Tenant.
