Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai – 400 013 and a branch office as more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written, hereinafter referred to as the “Bank” (which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors in interest, assigns, holding or subsidiary company/ies) of the OTHER PART. The Borrower and the Bank shall be hereinafter singularly referred to as the “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
