Holidays and Vacation. In addition to all public holidays, Employee will be entitled to 30 days annual leave during each completed calendar year, which includes any shut-down period that may occur at Christmas or Easter, holidays to be taken by pre-arrangement with the Company. Accumulated Vacation and Sick Days: Performance Bonus: Employee will be entitled to such bonuses as may be awarded by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its sole discretion. The following provisions apply only if the Employee's primary place of employment is Ireland: Pension Program: The Company will contribute to a pension plan equivalent to 15% of Employee's salary, providing retirement, death, disability and other benefits. Employee may make further personal contribution up to an additional 15% of gross salary. Such contributions are fully tax deductible at Employee's higher rate of tax. VHI: The Company operates a group VHI scheme which offers Plan E to all employees employed in Ireland. Contributions are made directly by the Company.

  • An employee who has completed their regular days’ work and has left the office and is then called into work, including Saturdays, Sundays, Statutory Holidays and Vacation time, shall be guaranteed at least three (3) hours at the applicable overtime rate in addition to transportation allowance.

  • The CITY shall provide by policy for the application of seniority standards on use of Holidays and Vacation, but agrees that any policy will apply equal standards, either department- wide or division-wide.

  • The bylaws of a local PTSA shall be deemed to be part of its articles of organization and its bylaws shall so provide.

  • Holidays shall be deemed to mean and include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Sick Leave means the period of time an employee is absent from work with or without pay, by virtue of sickness, quarantine, or accident, or out-of-town medical/dental referrals for which compensation is not payable under the Worker's Compensation Act.

  • Weeks Pay' means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned:

  • NERC Holidays means a holiday as defined by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation or any successor thereto.

  • Public Holidays means those days declared as public holidays in accordance with the Holidays Act 1983.

  • Annual leave and Clause 6.3 “Personal (Sick) Leave” of this Agreement.

  • Employee Handbook means the employee handbook applicable to all employees of Infosys during the entire tenure of their employment.

  • Legal Holidays has the meaning specified in Section 1.14.

  • Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.

  • Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.

  • Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.

  • Current Sick Leave means those days of sick leave for the current contract year, which leave is granted at the rate of one day of sick leave per month worked, or major part thereof.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (local time) on a Business Day.

  • Company Policies means the Company policies and procedures in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, policies and procedures with respect to the Company’s “Regulatory Credit Classifications” (as defined in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 7, 2016 (the “Form 10-K”)), and as amended from time to time, and any credit risk policies and procedures in effect from time to time.

  • Senior Executives has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.3.

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

  • paternity leave means a period of absence from work on leave by virtue of section 80A or 80B of the Employment Rights Act 1996;

  • Vacation rental means the lease, sublease, or other rental of residential property for a period of fewer than ninety days, except that it does not include rental of residential property on a weekly or monthly basis pursuant to Chapter 40 of this title, the South Carolina Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.

  • Payroll means total salaries and wages before deducting any personal or dependency exemptions.

  • maternity leave means a period during which a woman is absent from work because she is pregnant or has given birth to a child, and at the end of which she has a right to return to work either under the terms of her contract of employment or under Part 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996;

  • COGE Handbook means the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (Petroleum Society), as amended from time to time.

  • Workers’ Compensation As required by any applicable law or regulation.
