Payments Due on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If the date of maturity of interest on or principal of the Securities of any series or any Coupons appertaining thereto or the date fixed for redemption or repayment of any such Security or Coupon shall not be a Business Day, then payment of interest or principal need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date of maturity or the date fixed for redemption, and no interest shall accrue for the period after such date.
Payments Due on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. In any case where the date of maturity of principal of or interest on the Bonds or the date fixed for redemption of any Bonds shall be, in the city of payment, a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday or a day on which banking institutions are authorized by law to close, then payment of principal or interest need not be made on such date in such city but may be made on the next succeeding business day not a Saturday, Sunday, legal holiday or day upon which banking institutions are authorized by law to close with the same force and effect as if made on the date of maturity or the date fixed for redemption, and no interest shall accrue for the period after such date.

Payments Due on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If any Loan Payment Date is a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which the Trustee is required, or authorized or not prohibited, by law (including without limitation, executive orders) to close and is closed, then payment need not be made by the Company on that date, but that payment may be made on the next succeeding business day on which the Trustee is open for business with the same force and effect as if that payment were made on the Loan Payment Date.
