Maintenance and Housekeeping. The Agency shall make reasonable efforts to avoid distractions to employees when scheduling maintenance, construction, or housekeeping activities. Maintenance and Housekeeping. Routine maintenance and housekeeping at the campground will be performed by a combination of the camp hosts, seasonal workers, and the park manager and assistant manager. During the off-peak, the camp hosts will be responsible for picking up litter and trash and cleaning restrooms and showers, with backup provided by the park manager and assistant manager. Starting in the shoulder season and through the peak summer months, additional seasonal staff will be added to enable thorough daily cleanings of the campground. Routine maintenance will be performed year-round by the park manager and assistant park manager. During the off-peak and shoulder seasons, they will also work on addressing deferred maintenance at the park. The District proposes to maintain the water system for the park, and will obtain the services of a certified expert to maintain the system, unless State Parks decides to take on this function at all of the parks in this sector. When major repairs are needed, they will be contracted out through the District’s adopted contracting procedures. The District will make its best efforts to prevent further deterioration of historic resources at the park, including the historic cemetery and historic buildings and sites. The District will work with the descendents of people buried at the cemetery to respect their access and use rights and to maintain the cemetery in its current or better condition. Please refer to the Facilities Plan below for a discussion of deferred maintenance and District plans to address this problem.
Maintenance and Housekeeping. (1) Employees are responsible for the housekeeping and general cleanliness of his or her immediate work and/or recreation and amenity areas, and for carrying out general maintenance activities that are within the Employee’s capabilities.

The student is responsible for the behavior of their guest(s) and the student may be subject to disciplinary action for the behavior of guest(s). Keys/Identification Card Keys will be issued at the beginning of occupancy and must be returned upon termination of this Agreement. The student must not duplicate, give or lend any room key, mail key or Suffolk University identification card to any other persons and must not remove, change or disable any locks. The student understands that they will be charged for lost keys resulting in lock changes. The student understands that tampering with locks, duplication of University-issued keys and unauthorized use or possession of a University key is prohibited.

Refunds, compensation, alternate accommodations, or discounts are not available for housekeeping dissatisfaction. Guest acknowledges equipment breakdowns may occur, and Guest agrees to contact Agent immediately so maintenance can be scheduled. OCCUPANCY LIMITS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS: The Occupancy limit is listed on the specific property page on XxxxxxxxxxXxxxxXxxxxxxxx.xxx. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, mobile units, campers, and RVs are prohibited. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. The occupancy limit for the property is the maximum amount of guests permitted on the premises at any time. Agent reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and require Guest to vacate premises immediately without refund, if occupancy is misrepresented or disturbance is reported. Guest warrants he/she is 25 years of age or older and will be present for the entirety of the stay, and Agent reserves the right to verify age at any time. Agent reserves the right to refuse occupancy and terminate this agreement without proper identification by Guest. Certain properties have specific rules and regulations which must be observed. These rules may include but are not limited to parking, pool use, grill use, and smoking area. Additionally, boats, trailers, jet skis, and recreational vehicles are prohibited in most communities.
