Housekeeping Service. All rooms are set with bed linen, towels, soap and a drinking glass. Each room will receive a weekly full housekeeping service (this includes: changing linens, towel exchange, cleaning of the washroom and common areas, vacuuming and garbage removal). The University of British Columbia will assess the Client for all extraordinary cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, meeting space and washrooms required as a result of actions of the Client or its delegates. Labour costs will be charged a minimum of 1 hour.

Housekeeping Service. Guests pay a one-time Cleaning Fee of $350, for turn-cleaning the premises upon their departure. Daily maid service is not included in the rental. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. PARKING – Guests may park one car in the “hammerhead” in front of the apartment entrance. A second car may be parked in one of the two garage bays. Be sure to leave the remote garage door remote control on the key hook inside the mudroom when you depart. There is convenient on-street parking in front of the house for additional cars. Please do not park on the grass. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to these policies must be approved in writing in advance. The Waves is a private home. Please care for it as you would your own home. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises. Housekeeping Service. Housekeeping service to the Unit will be provided upon departure of rental guests at Rental Agent’s expense. Housekeeping shall be provided by Rental Agent in order that consistent standards are maintained. Rental Agent will provide housekeeping service daily as shown on Exhibit "A" hereto, including, but not limited to, clean and make up room, provide guest supplies and amenities, clean towel delivery and trash removal, at no charge to rental guests. Other guest services may be provided for rental guests at the discretion of Rental Agent, or at the rental guest’s request, in which case the then effective rate of such service will be charged to the rental guest’s account. During any Owner Occupancy Period, or Guest of Owner Occupancy Period, Owner or guest may elect to have Rental Agent provide such other services, for which the scheduled rate of such service shall be charged against Owner’s account or collected from the guest directly.
Housekeeping Service. The LESSOR shall be responsible for providing housekeeping for the Leased Premises (in accordance with its standards and at its expense), except for space leased for storage purposes, provided that the LESSEE maintains them in good condition and keeps them available for cleaning at all times after normal business hours.
