Maintenance Activities. In recognition of their obligation to respond to winter maintenance call outs, the Employer agrees to pay a stipend of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per week to certain employees from the pay period that includes the first day in November through the pay period that includes the last day of March each year in accordance with the following conditions:
Maintenance Activities. In order to ensure smooth and uninterrupted use of the Project Facility during normal operating conditions regular and periodic maintenance activities would need to be carried out by the Concessionaire. Heavy maintenance shall preferably be done in the night hours or public holidays.
Maintenance Activities. It may be necessary for Lightspeed to perform scheduled and/or unscheduled repairs or maintenance, or remotely patch or upgrade the Product. This may temporarily degrade the quality of the services or result in a partial or complete outage of the Product. Lightspeed will endeavor to carry out such work during times that will cause the least disruption to Customer’s business. Customer shall cooperate, if necessary, to perform such work. To ensure the functionality and security of our Products, we regularly maintain and update them. Maintenance might be scheduled or unscheduled. In both cases, we’ll do our best to perform maintenance during times that will minimally impact your business.
Maintenance Activities. 3.1.1. SAP performs regular scheduled maintenance activities to maintain OS security patch levels, database and application patches, infrastructure (network, compute, storage) maintenance and other scheduled proactive activities. Such maintenance activities will be reasonably scheduled for a date, time and duration mutually agreed (in the Order Form or in advance of such activities) between SAP and Customer (“Scheduled Downtime”) based on requirements and resources. If Customer fails to cooperate with the scheduling and/or performance of such maintenance activities in a timely manner as recommended by SAP, Customer shall be solely responsible for any issues in the Cloud Service, including unexpected downtime.

Start-up inspection to include: The CONTRACTOR shall conduct a startup inspection of the equipment to ascertain that all equipment is functional and collect serial and part numbers of the devices to build a database. Any unit that is malfunctioning or non-operational shall be replaced with C/CAG approved equipment by the CONTRACTOR and Troubleshoot the reason for the unit non-operation. The first annual inspection services shall be completed within six months of the start of the contract date. In addition, the CONTRACTOR shall clean, calibrate and trouble-shoot the Smart Corridor System field equipment as described below: Closed Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV) Equipment – Contractor will perform, inspect and/or evaluate items including, but not limited to: clean all lenses, vacuum cabinet, camera lowering device, camera pole, mounting brackets, associated cabinet, communications and network equipment, power equipment, grounding and surge protection devices, cables, UPS and batteries, and other ancillary equipment. Vehicle Detector Station (VDS) Equipment - Contractor will perform, inspect and/or evaluate items including, but not limited to: re-calibrate all VDS units to be within the accuracy tolerance per the manufacturer's recommendation for volume and speed, battery unit, detector unit, detector pole, mounting brackets, associated junction box/cabinet, communications and network equipment, power equipment, grounding and surge protection devices, cables, UPS and batteries, conflict monitors, battery backup system locations, battery rotation and other ancillary equipment. Trailblazer Signs (TBS) – Contractor will perform, inspect and/or evaluate items including, but not limited to: controller, mounting brackets, associated cabinet, communications and network equipment, power equipment, grounding and surge protection devices, cables, UPS and batteries, and other ancillary equipment. The Annual inspection to be accomplished one year after the Start-up Inspection shall include: A verification inspection of all devices to insure the serial and part numbers are the same devices found during the Start-up inspection, or the replaced devices have been properly replaced in the database, with a record of why the original device was removed. Maintenance Activities. Maintenance and support will be addressed in accordance with Appendix A to this Exhibit.

The Concessionaire acknowledges that the supply of water may need to be temporarily discontinued or reduced as a result of required maintenance, repair or replacement of Retained Water Supply System equipment or other assets. The City shall notify the Concessionaire as far as advance as reasonably possible (which shall, at a minimum, be seven days, except in the event of an emergency) of any planned maintenance, repair or replacement to minimize, to the extent reasonably possible, the impact of such disruption on the Concessionaire. Other than City’s obligations under this Section 3.21(iv), the City shall not be liable to Concessionaire for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from supply disruptions arising out of such required maintenance, repair or replacement.
