Pool Use. The pool at Xxxxx Park is available for use during your event, provided ample staffing and weather conditions, but is still open to the public as well. • The pool rules apply to all guests. Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool. Lifeguards on duty have the right to eject any guests who do not follow the rules and regulations. • Entry fees to the pool will be charged in addition to your park rental fee. Should you wish your guests to use the pool during your event, please let the Supervisor’s Office know. You will then be contacted by the pool director or pool staff to discuss fees and payment. Pool entry bracelets are required and will be issued by the pool director or pool staff. ** Please note that recreational water use (for example sprinklers and/or hoses) is not permitted. ** I have read the above carefully and agree to the terms of the rental.

Kitchen and Food Storage: • Kitchen cupboards, utensils, dishes and surface, stove, microwave, dishware, glasses are closed and off limits for the summer • Sink and sterilizer can be used by ONE person at a time Living room Area, Table Tennis area: • furniture to be removed, or stored form these areas. • No loitering, or sitting inside the facility. • These areas are for traffic flow • Doors left permanently open. • Members required to follow traffic flow patterns Grounds Use: Members must practice Social Distancing at all times while on TBCA property Playground Area: • Members must wipe down hard surfaces of play areas both BEFORE and AFTER use by children • Adults must stay 2 meters apart while in play area.
Pool Use. Participants using the pool will be required to provide their own towel and swim wear. Participants will also be required to shower before entering the Pool and Hot Tub. Use of the SMART Sports pool equipment is for Physical Therapy participants only. Advantage Card, Advanced Physical Therapy and Sports Specific Training participants will need to provide their own equipment. MISCELLANEOUS
Pool Use. If the pool will be used for a pool party, the renter agrees to employ a certified lifeguard for the duration of the rental. The lifeguard’s name and certification must be received by the CPHA at least 3 days in advance of the rental. If the renter is unable or unwilling to secure a lifeguard, the number of guests in the pool will be limited to eight (8) at any one time. Renters Initials.

  • General Use You may install and Use a copy of the Software on your compatible computer, up to the Permitted Number of computers.

  • Residential Use Use the Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Allottee use or allow the Apartment to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Allottee shall also not use or allow the Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouse, service apartment, mess, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.

  • Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.

  • Personal Use You may use the Account only for personal, family or household purposes. Federal or state consumer protection laws may not apply if you use the Account for other than personal, family or household purposes.

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • Illegal Use You may use your FAIRWINDS Credit Union Credit Card for any transaction permitted by law. You may not use your Card for any gambling purposes, either legal or illegal. You agree that illegal use and/or use in gambling activities of this Card will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract and such service and/or other related services may be terminated at our discretion. You further agree, should illegal use occur, to waive the right to sue us for such illegal activity directly or indirectly related to it. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any suits or other legal action or liability, directly or indirectly, resulting from such use.

  • Internal Use You will use the Services for Your own internal business, non-residential and non-personal use. You acknowledge and agree that You will not allow any third party, including Your vendors and service providers, to access or use the Services unless such third party is allowed access for the purpose of providing authorized customer support services or in connection with Your appropriate use of the Services for Your own business purposes.

  • Line Information Database (LIDB 9.1 BellSouth will store in its Line Information Database (LIDB) records relating to service only in the BellSouth region. The LIDB Storage Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit B.

  • DS3 Loop DS3 Loop is a two-point digital transmission path which provides for simultaneous two-way transmission of serial, bipolar, return-to-zero isochronous digital electrical signals at a transmission rate of 44.736 megabits per second (Mbps) that is dedicated to the use of the ordering CLEC in its provisioning of local exchange and associated exchange access services. It may provide transport for twenty-eight (28) DS1 channels, each of which provides the digital equivalent of twenty-four (24) analog voice grade channels. The interface to unbundled dedicated DS3 transport is a metallic-based electrical interface.
