Related Equipment. The rights granted hereunder to Licensee shall not include the right to manufacture equipment under the Licensed Marks. However, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, and Licensee hereby accepts from Licensor, for the term of this agreement, a non-transferable, royalty-free license to market, promote, advertise, distribute and resell and lease Related Equipment in connection with the marketing, promotion, advertisement, distribution, lease or sale by Licensee of Sprint PCS Products and Services, and to furnish services relating to such Related Equipment (including installation, repair and maintenance of Related Equipment), under the Licensed Marks.

Related Equipment. Equipment used to drive Products under security evaluation or to carry signals transmitted from or received by the Products under security evaluation under the Evaluation Process shall be under the control of the Evaluation Laboratory for the duration of the test. The Evaluation Laboratory shall obtain periodic calibration certificates for all such equipment at the Evaluation Laboratory’s cost. Where the Evaluation Laboratory uses equipment that is owned by a third party, the Evaluation Laboratory shall secure the right for GP or the Evaluation Laboratory to periodically check the calibration records of such equipment, to assure that equipment has been calibrated to manufacturer’s specifications. Where it is not practicable to conduct all security evaluations on a single test sample, security evaluations may be performed on representative samples. Where more than one test sample is used and where separate samples are tested, each security evaluation sample shall be separately identified together with precise details of the tests performed on it.
Related Equipment. Any mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical equipment necessary for the operation and full functionality of the primary machine or device (as determined by the context in which this term is used), including but not limited to wires, power connections, and telecommunications equipment.

Related Equipment. Make all necessary replacements of and repairs to the Related Equipment so that the value and operating efficiency thereof shall be maintained and preserved, depreciation and reasonable wear and tear excepted.

  • Stored equipment The village hall accepts no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or fees will be charged for each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. The village hall may, use its discretion in any of the following circumstances:

  • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes. Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries owns all of its Fixtures and Equipment free and clear of all Liens except for (a) liens for current taxes not yet due and (b) zoning laws and other land use restrictions that do not impair the present or anticipated use of the property subject thereto.

  • SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT Section 21.01. Landlord shall, at its cost and expense:

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may be submit- xxx to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition.   • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Provider’s consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or the Provider or any landlord of the building.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.
