Residence Life. 2.01 Statement of Rights and Accompanying Responsibilities of the Individual within the Residence Community The well-being of the residence community rests on the balance of the community’s ability to meet the needs of the individual and vice versa. This balance is best achieved when everyone is aware of their rights and accompanying responsibilities to themselves, others and the community. The following guiding principles describe the rights and accompanying responsibilities of the individual within the residence community: • Every person in the community can expect consideration and respect for their feelings and needs, and in return has the responsibility to conduct themselves in a civil manner and to show respect for the rights of every other person in the community. • Every person in the community can expect to live in an environment where their possessions and the communal space are shown respect by every other person.
Residence Life. Pursuant to the Project Operating Agreement, the BOR has reserved for itself the right to provide residence life services to the students of the Institutions for the period set forth in the Project Operating Agreement. In furtherance of that allocation of responsibility, the BOR in the Leases has reserved for itself the right to use certain space within each Project (with the specific space for each Project and the charge, if any, to the BOR for such use set forth in the applicable Lease) for such residence life activities and services as the BOR in its sole discretion determines that the BOR will provide.
Residence Life. The University’s Office of Residence Life will manage and provide programming for Student Residents in a manner determined by the University in its sole and absolute discretion. The residence life staff may include Hall Directors, Front Desk Staff, Resident Advisors, Senior Staff or other such staff members that the University determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be in the best interest of residence life at the Improvements (the “Residence Life Staff”). The Residence Life Staff who reside at the Premises will pay rent in the same amount and under the same conditions as the other Student Residents of the Premises. Notwithstanding anything above to the contrary, the Residence Life Staff will cooperate with Tenant in its marketing, operation and maintenance of the Premises and use best efforts to assist Tenant in maintaining the Premises in a first class manner.

  • Group Life Insurance The Hospital shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) toward the monthly premium of HOOGLIP or other equivalent group life insurance plan in effect for eligible full-time employees in the active employ of the Hospital on the eligibility conditions set out in the existing Agreements.

  • Retiree Life Insurance Employees who retire under the Monroe County Employees' Retirement System shall be eligible for $4,000.00 term life insurance. All employees hired by the Employer on or after October 1, 2007 shall not be eligible for Retiree Life Insurance.

  • Term Life Insurance The Employer will maintain and make available to full-time and part-time employees, the current term life insurance plan as set forth in the document "Summary of Health Benefits, Maryland State Employees."

  • Life Insurance No portion of your IRA may be invested in life insurance contracts.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Key Man Life Insurance The Company may apply for and obtain and maintain a key man life insurance policy in the name of Executive together with other executives of the Company in an amount deemed sufficient by the Board, the beneficiary of which shall be the Company. Executive shall submit to physical examinations and answer reasonable questions in connection with the application and, if obtained, the maintenance of, as may be required, such insurance policy.

  • Key Person Life Insurance The Executive acknowledges that the Company may wish to purchase insurance on the life of the Executive, the proceeds of which would be payable to the Company, at the Company’s expense. The Executive hereby consents to such insurance and agrees to submit to any medical examination and release of medical records required to obtain such insurance.

  • Basic Life Insurance 37.1 The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premium of the basic life insurance plan.

  • Insurance Company The Buyer is an insurance company whose primary and predominant business activity is the writing of insurance or the reinsuring of risks underwritten by insurance companies and which is subject to supervision by the insurance commissioner or a similar official or agency of a State, territory or the District of Columbia.

  • Life The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premium for a $50,000 life insurance policy with accidental death and dismemberment, for each member of the bargaining unit.
