M ANAGEMENT RIGHTS. The management of the business and the direction of the working forces, including the right to hire or discharge for proper cause and the right to relieve employes from their work because of lack of work or for other proper reasons, is vested solely in the Com pany. Such right will not be used for the purpose of discrimination against any member of the Union.
M ANAGEMENT RIGHTS a) The Employer and Union agree that there will be a uniform application of the name hire and transfer provisions in all Local Lodges. Transferred employees who were initially name hired shall retain such status upon transfer.
M ANAGEMENT RIGHTS. Section 1 The District has the right to direct its employees, including the right to hire, promote, demote, transfer, discipline and discharge, provided none of these functions of the District shall be exercised except as limited or modified by this Contract or the laws of the State of New York including the regulations of the Department of Transportation, the Motor Vehicle Bureau, the Education Department or the Federal Government.
M ANAGEMENT RIGHTS. The IUPA recognizes the rights of the Sheriff to operate, manage, and direct all affairs of his office, including the exclusive right, subject to the terms of this Agreement, which arises solely from the Special Act of the Florida Legislature, House Xxxx 93-865:
M ANAGEMENT RIGHTS. Subject only to the express provisions of this Agreement, the Union agrees that the supervision, management and control of the Employer's business operations and facilities are exclusively the function of the Employer and the Employer has the right to make decisions as it considers necessary for the orderly and efficient conduct of its business. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, that it is the exclusive function of the Employer, except where expressly modified by this Agreement to:
M ANAGEMENT RIGHTS. All management rights and functions, except those which are elsewhere abridged by this Agreement, will remain vested exclusively in the Board. It is recognized that such rights and functions include, but are not limited to: (1) the control of property and the composition, assignment, direction, and determination of the size and type of the District staff; (2) the right to determine the work to be done and the standards to be met by employees covered by this agreement; (3) the right to change or introduce new programs and courses of instruction, methods, processes, means and facilities; (4) the right to hire, establish work schedules, determine hours of employment, assign, transfer, or release (R.I.F) District employees; and (5) the right to determine the qualifications of employees and to suspend, discipline, and discharge employees for cause and otherwise to maintain an orderly, effective, and efficient operation; no such management rights and functions will be in violation of state or federal law.
M ANAGEMENT RIGHTS. A. Those subject matters which are not within the scope of mandatory bargaining and which are reserved to the local government employer without negotiation include:

(A) The Township hereby retains and reserves unto itself, without limitation, all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it prior to the signing of this agreement by the laws and the constitution of the State of New Jersey and of the United States, including but without limiting, the generality of the foregoing, the following rights:
