Efficient Operation. The Borrower/Grantee will operate the System so long as this Agreement is outstanding, will maintain the System in efficient operating condition and make such improvements, extensions, enlargements, repairs and betterments to the System as may be necessary or advisable for its economical and efficient operation at all times and sufficient to supply reasonable demands for System services.

Efficient Operation. The Governmental Unit will operate the System so long as this Loan Agreement is outstanding, will maintain the System in efficient operating condition and make such improvements, extensions, enlargements, repairs and betterments to the System as may be necessary or advisable for its economical and efficient operation at all times and sufficient to supply reasonable public and private demands for System services within the Service Area.
