Existing Rights. Termination shall not affect rights and obligations then outstanding under this Agreement which shall continue to be governed by this Agreement until all obligations have been fully performed.
Existing Rights. 3.1 Without intending to create any new rights and obligations but only for greater certainty it is agreed that:

Termination shall not affect then outstanding rights and obligations (in particular relating to the Indemnities and Limitation of Liability Module and the Miscellaneous and Governing Law Module) and Transactions which shall continue to be governed by this Agreement and the particular clauses agreed between us in relation to such Transactions until all obligations have been fully performed. MODULE I - INDEMNITIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Existing Rights. The expiry or termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to any rights which have already accrued to either of the parties under this Agreement.
Existing Rights. 9.1 Any rights of the Licensor expressly and explicitly set out under this Licence Agreement are without prejudice to any other right conferred on the Licensor by the Copyright Ordinance (Chapter 528) or existing at law.
Existing Rights. All existing intellectual property rights will be owned and remain owned by the relevant party or its third party licensors. The trademarks of the Authority comprise existing intellectual property rights of the Authority.
Existing Rights. Any payments and benefits under this Agreement are in lieu of benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under any severance plan or policy of the Employer, but are in addition to any other benefits due to the Executive, the Executive’s spouse or other beneficiaries from the Employer, including, but not limited to, payments under any other welfare or retirement plan maintained by the Employer in which the Executive is or was eligible to participate. No provision in this Agreement shall be construed to reduce or impair the Executive’s rights and benefits under such welfare or retirement plans.
Existing Rights. To the extent there exist within the Area as of February 20, 2003, any valid private property rights associated with private land that are not otherwise addressed in sections 539m to 539m–12 of this title, such rights are not modified or otherwise affected by sections 539m to 539m–12 of this title, nor is the exercise of any such right subject to the Pueblo’s right to withhold con- sent to new uses in the Area as set forth in sec- tion 539m–3(a)(3)(A) of this title.
Existing Rights. Each Party shall remain the sole owner of any and all intellectual property rights, including any ownership or property rights in materials, owned by it at the Effective Date.
Existing Rights. The parties’ rights to terminate this agreement will be without prejudice to the parties’ rights to pursue relief by way of damages, injunction or specific performance in respect of a breach of this agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, each party shall be entitled to render an invoice to the other party for services provided and not invoiced up to and including the date of termination, and any such invoice will be payable in accordance with clause 8.
