R ECOGNITION. The CITY OF ABILENE recognizes the ABILENE PROFESSIONAL FIRE FIGHTERS ASSOCIATION, LOCAL NO.1044, as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the covered firefighters described in the petition for recognition, excluding the head of the fire department and excluding the employees exempt under Subsection (b), in accordance with subchapter C of Chapter 142 of the Texas Local Government Code. The Parties understand and agree the provisions of this Agreement do not extend to employees outside of the Department.
R ECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the purposes of establishing salaries, wages, hours and other conditions of employment for all of its full-time and regular part-time employees reflected in Schedule A of this Agreement, excluding the following:

For the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to salaries, hours and other conditions of employment, the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements, and any questions arising there under, the Northborough Public School District Committee recognizes the Northborough Teachers Association / Unit C: Educational Support Professionals (ESPs) as the exclusive bargaining agent and representative of the following employees: Administrative Assistants, and Aides (including but not limited to Non-Instructional, Instructional, SPED, Library, Kindergarten, Speech, OT and PT Assistants) and Cafeteria Workers, including Cafeteria Managers, but excluding substitutes and all other employees who do not fall into the categories of Administrative Assistants, Aides and Cafeteria Workers. The Negotiations Committee will represent the Northborough Teachers Association/Unit C (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") in collective bargaining with the Northborough Public School District Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee").
R ECOGNITION. 1.01 The Triad Local School District Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the “Board”, recognizes the Ohio Association of Public School Employees, OAPSE/AFSCME, Local 4/AFL-CIO and its Local #693 as the sole and exclusive representative of a bargaining unit consisting of classified employees of the district. R ECOGNITION. The District agrees to recognize the Association as the majority representative of all police personnel excluding the Chief of Police, and agrees to meet and confer with the Association in all matters relating to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.

Recognition The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative of employees in the following described bargaining unit: All school employees, including the Special Education Coordinator, School Counselor, and excluding the Superintendent, Director of Student Services, Junior-Senior High School Principal, Assistant Principals, Elementary Principal, Athletic Director, School Nurse, Technology Director, Technology Integration Specialist and all non-certificated school employees.

The City hereby recognizes the WATERBURY PUBLIC HEALTH NURSES, CHCA District 1199, NUHHCE, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the CHCA District 1199 or the Union) as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Registered Professional Nurses and School Nurses, who are full-time 12-month or 10-month employees, as defined in Section 2 hereof, for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
