Courses of Instruction. The Board agrees to pay the full cost of any course of instruction required and approved by the Board for any employee to better qualify the employee to perform their job. Such payment shall be made upon the successful completion of the course.
Courses of Instruction. A. Employees who have completed a counseling program and filed an individual career development plan for a targeted classification shall be entitled to pre-paid tuition (subject to Paragraph B, below) for any approved courses provided at the local educational institutions.

Courses of Instruction a) An employee may submit a request in writing for payment of Course fees upon successful completion. The Board may reimburse the employee if the following criteria are met:
Courses of Instruction. The Employer(s)’ current policy with respect to the taking of paid time off for, and cost reimbursement of courses of instruction at colleges, business schools and adult education centers for non-probationary employees shall continue in effect. If an employee leaves employment with the County within two (2) years of reimbursement, the employee will in turn reimburse the County in an amount equal to the reimbursement.
Courses of Instruction. In the event of any employee taking a course of instruction, as approved by the Board, in order that the employee will better qualify to perform his job, the Board will, on the employee’s successful completion of the course, reimburse the employee in full for all pre- approved costs incurred during the duration of the course. When an exam connected with the course requires the employee to be absent from work for the day then the employee will be reimbursed equivalent to their normal shift for one (1) day.

Courses of Instruction. Provide a formal course of instruction, either on-site or at an agreed location, for MoD personnel as agreed by HQ Air Cmd (ATC), who are to be employed as bird control operatives at MoD aerodromes. MoD personnel may be placed on regular scheduled courses, or bespoke training courses for more than 8 personnel may be required. Performance Indicator: - A list of future course dates is to be promulgated at the start of the year. These will then be populated through ATM Force HQ.
Courses of Instruction. Where MoD personnel are posted or detached to a unit where no BCU exists they may be required to undertake bird control duties. The BCU Consultant may be required to run a training course to provide the necessary practical and theoretical instruction either on site or at a mutually agreed location. The training is to meet a syllabus approved by HQ Air Cmd; the likely requirement is to train up to 25 personnel per year over 3 or 4 training courses.
