THE MOTOR VEHICLE. 2.1 The motor vehicle(s) hired by The Renter (hereinafter referred to as “the vehicle”) is described in The Agreement (which description includes any substitute vehicle/s which may replace the original vehicle) and includes all tools, spares, accessories and equipment in and on the vehicle.
