Include all appropriate pricing, discounts, documents, forms, files, question responses, and information responses located within the MFMP Sourcing Tool for the solicitation in Bids. All required or requested pricing, discounts, documents, forms, files, question responses, and information responses are to be entered electronically in the MFMP Sourcing Tool during this solicitation as indicated.

Login. 1. The Licensee shall keep the login and password confidential and shall not disclose them to any third party. Login and passwords may be changed by Licensor at any time and the new login and password are communicated to Licensee.
Login. Upon Customer’s first registration or login attempt, the Oxford Group will register Customer by collecting Customer’s details and assigning Customer an identifying Token and password (together, the “Account”). Customer shall provide accurate and complete information during registration, and shall update Customer’s registration information as necessary to keep it accurate, current and complete. Failure to provide accurate, current and complete registration information may result in suspension and/or termination of Customer’s Account. Customer shall use Customer’s Token and password to log into the services and websites provided by the Oxford Group. Metrichor Ltd. reserves the right to deny Customer access to Customer’s Account and the Website if Metrichor Ltd has a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, use in violation of any applicable agreement between the parties or to protect the Oxford Group. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of its Token and password and for all activities that occur through Customer’s Account. Customer shall not permit any other Person to use Customer’s Token or password to access or use any or all of the Website. Customer shall contact Metrichor Ltd. immediately if Customer suspects or becomes aware of any unauthorized use of its Account or that the security of part or all of its Account is compromised. The Oxford Group shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of Customer’s Account. Metrichor Ltd. may disable Customer’s Token or password at any time if, in Metrichor Ltd.’s sole reasonable discretion, Customer has failed to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

Sourcing Tips and Training After logging into MFMP Sourcing 3.0, “My Events” lists all events the Bidder already chose to “Join” (i.e., you intend to submit a formal response). “Public Events” lists those events associated with the Bidder’s registered UNSPSC listed in their Bidder Information Portal (VIP) accounts, but the Bidders have not yet “Joined.” Joining an event moves the event from “Public Events” to “My Events,” allows the Bidder to submit questions about the event (solicitation), and alerts Bidders to any associated updates (e.g., addenda, event edits, etc.). To respond to a solicitation, Bidders shall review and accept the electronic agreement on the “Review and Accept Agreement” page. Click the radio button next to, “I accept the terms of this agreement.” When responding, save work frequently – at intervals less than 20 minutes. Sourcing 3.0 automatically times out after 20 minutes of inactivity. Any unsaved information may be lost when the system times out. Clicking the “Save” button within Sourcing 3.0 only saves your solicitation responses. To transmit responses to the State, Bidders shall click “Submit Entire Response.” After clicking the “Submit Entire Response” button, Bidders are responsible to verify and validate any submitted response in Sourcing 3.0 to ensure their responses are accurate and complete prior to the bid closing time. Bidders should allow sufficient time, prior to the Solicitation event period closing, to address any errors and resubmit revised responses. Login. 4.1. Customer is solely responsible for the security of his/her login email and password. The password should not be disclosed to any third party.
Login. The application will require each user accessing the system to have a unique user ID and confidential password to log in to the system. Users will be locked out of the system after [**] invalid logon attempts. Passwords will have a minimum password expiration time period and a minimum password length that are consistent with Bank’s information security standards. Password composition requirements (e.g. contain at least [**] character) also will be consistent with Bank’s information security standards. Tech users will not have access to any Customer user passwords. They will be able to assist properly authenticated users by resetting passwords. Password resets will generate a confidential email to the email address on file for the user and the application will require the user to change their password upon the first login after a password reset. As each user is added to the PayMode application, they will receive a validation email with a confidential link which is to be used for their assigned user ID to login to the application. The link is valid for [**] hours and the user must utilize this activation link in order to complete their first login to the system. Users experiencing difficulty with the link can work with Tech’s customer support team to have the validation link resent.
