Online Training. If Smartsheet makes training content available to Customer via an online portal (“Training Resources”), Smartsheet hereby grants Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Training Resources during the Term for Customer’s own business purposes. Training Resources are not part of the Subscription Service and the content of Training Resources is subject to change at Smartsheet’s sole discretion.
Online Training. If your licence includes a free right to use our online training:
4.4.1 You must not copy or allow anyone else to copy any material which forms part of online training, or allow anyone else to use online training without our permission.
4.4.2 From time to time we may change the material which forms part of the online training.
Online Training. The Board shall allocate time (equal to or greater than suggested time requirements) to complete online training.
Online Training. The Parties agree to include the following in the 2023 Guidance Side Letter: Revise Paragraph 29 of the 2018 MOA as follows: Amend Paragraph 29 of the 2018 MOA to include:
Online Training. 17.2.1 The Association agrees to participate in ongoing University sponsored programs which discuss the problems inherent in such relationships. All adjunct professors shall attend one such program or seminar.
17.2.2 Effective Fall 2019, all active PHP members who have completed the online sexual and unlawful harassment training every two (2) calendar years, will be compensated at the appropriate hourly rate per the NTAs Job Profiles, Descriptions, and Pay Ranges (Appendix 7).
17.2.3 Stipends will be paid in one of the March paychecks during the Spring semester and in one of the October paychecks in the Fall semester.
17.2.4 Adjunct professors can complete the training during their office hours.
17.2.5 Failure to complete the training in the semester assigned will impact an adjunct’s course offerings the following semester.
Online Training. NEOGOV will deliver online training videos to Agency recruiters. We will provide all required user exercises and user guides to the Agency. Following the training, your agency will have full access to the training environment. Additionally, your agency has full access to our Customer Support Help Desk during the training to help new users fully utilize Insight. Our existing customers find that this unique implementation approach enables their users to become familiar with Insight in a safe environment, promoting system use and leading to a more successful rollout.
Online Training. For any cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled online training, Granicus, at its sole discretion, may invoice the Client for fifty
Online Training. When the Employer requires employees to complete a specific online training course outside their normal working hours, they shall be paid at time and one-half (150%) for the reasonable time allocated by the Employer to take the training. Payment will be made following completion of all modules of the training course. The window to complete such training will be at least ninety (90) days. It is understood that New Operator Training does not apply to this section and Article M 3.03(5) does apply to this section.
Online Training. The Online Training Services are conducted by the Service Provider via internet. They may include the following activities: • Introduction to the system and key definitions • Training on how to set up and use the web-based application • Training on how to set up and use the mobile application.
Online Training. If Customer purchases Online Training, (“Online Training”), Customer agrees to the following additional terms and conditions:
1. Customer agrees to sign-on to the Online Training on time and understands that Edline will provide no make-up sessions for late arrivals.
2. Customer agrees to provide all of Customer’s participants with a computer, phone, and internet access to the extent that the training is not projected in a conference room to multiple attendees.
3. Customer agrees that no more than 10 attendees will attend the Online Training, unless more attendees are authorized in writing by Edline prior to the start of the training.
4. Customer agrees that if more than two attendees attend the Online Training, Customer will appoint an onsite moderator to facilitate any question and answer sessions.
5. Customer agrees that all attendees will have any web gradebook related products and plug-ins installed on their computers which they use for the training. These plug-ins include: GradeQuick Web, Site Reporter, Standards Builder and LiveLink.
6. Customer acknowledges that the Online Training does not cover Xxxxxx’s Web Gradebook, Easy Grade Pro.
