Who May Respond Clause Samples

The "Who May Respond" clause defines which parties are authorized to reply or take action in response to a particular notice, request, or communication under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether only the named parties, their representatives, or designated agents may provide a formal response, and may outline any requirements for such authorization. By clearly identifying who is permitted to respond, the clause helps prevent unauthorized or invalid communications, ensuring that only appropriate and recognized parties engage in official correspondence or decision-making.
