Length of Suspension. Suspensions without pay shall not exceed thirty (30) days unless ordered by an arbitrator, an adjustment board or the Merit Board.
Length of Suspension. 17.4.1 No teacher shall be suspended for more than ten (10) working days without pay during a school year unless the nature of the offense and the possible consequences of repetition would endanger students and/or staff.

For clarity, upon the completion of the period of your suspension of accreditation, you do not automatically become accredited again. You must apply for reinstatement under Section 17.6.
Length of Suspension. If a student is academically ineligible, the length of the suspension is five (5) academic days for suspension at Progress Reports; ten (10) academic days for suspension at Report Cards. The suspension begins on the day following distribution of progress reports and/or report cards. Eligibility may be regained following the five (progress report) or ten-day suspension, if the grade(s) adhere to the rules of eligibility as stated in (a).
Length of Suspension. The Superintendent, principal, or designee may suspend a student from school for not more than five consecutive school days. (Education Code 48911) A student may be suspended from school for not more than 20 school days in any school year. However, if a student enrolls in or is transferred to another regular school, an opportunity school, or continuation school or class for the purpose of adjustment, he/she may be suspended for not more than 30 school days in a school year. The district may count suspensions that occur while a student is enrolled in another school district toward the maximum number of days for which the student may be suspended in any school year. (Education Code 48903, 48911, 48912) These restrictions on the number of days of suspension shall not apply when the suspension is extended pending an expulsion. Length of Suspension. You understand and accept that MPIC may impose whatever length of suspension of your accreditation privileges as MPIC in its sole discretion, acting reasonably, determines to be just in the circumstances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MPIC agrees to limit first-time collision accreditation suspensions to a period not to exceed six (6) months.
