Regular School Clause Samples

The 'Regular School' clause defines what constitutes a standard or typical educational institution within the context of the agreement. It typically clarifies whether the term refers to public, private, or charter schools, and may specify grade levels or accreditation requirements. This clause ensures that all parties have a shared understanding of which institutions are covered by the agreement, thereby preventing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding eligibility or applicability.
