Publication of the Agreement. Copies of this Agreement shall be made available to all members of the appropriate unit by posting the Agreement on the District’s website within thirty (30) working days after the Agreement is executed.
Publication of the Agreement. 48. The Parties agree that this Agreement is to be made publicly available by the Commonwealth by the following means:
Publication of the Agreement. Following ratification and approval by the parties, the University shall publish the Agreement on a designated website.
Publication of the Agreement. Section l. Copies: Within thirty (30) calendar days after the Agreement is signed, the District shall furnish five (5) copies of the Master Agreement to Ed. MN-Buffalo for its use. Further, the Agreement shall be available online to all teachers.
Publication of the Agreement. Copies of this Agreement will be reproduced at COMMITTEE expense and a copy given to each member upon their request. An electronic version will be posted on the District’s website.
Publication of the Agreement. A copy of this Agreement will be made available on the District’s HR/Employment Webpage and at least one hard copy will be placed at each school or Department. The District will offer a labor contract explanation meeting, hosted by CWA, as an option for all bargaining unit staff if there are any district-designated professional development dates during the first year the Agreement is in effect. Attendance at this meeting shall be considered hours worked.

To comply with the fair and lawful processing principle of the DPA 2018 and the principles of the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 (FOIA), the RA will publish this Agreement in their FOIA Publication Schemes so that members of the public can see how their information will be used and with whom it may be shared.

A printed copy will be given to each Building Association Representative and the PNEA 38 Board of Directors with an additional copy placed in every school in a designated area. 39 40 41 ARTICLE 3 42 43 MANAGEMENT RIGHTS 44 45 Except as expressly limited by this Agreement, the parties agree that the District shall have the 46 right to manage all district operations and to direct its workforce in accordance with the discretion 47 of the Board of Education and/or as provided by law. 48 1 The parties agree that the terms and conditions of employment set forth in this Agreement shall be 2 maintained in full force and effect during its term or until a successor agreement is negotiated.
