LEASE TERM AND RENT. The term of the lease of the Equipment described in each Schedule ("Lease Term") commences on the date stated in the Schedule and continues for the term stated therein. As rent for the Equipment described in each Schedule, Lessee shall pay Lessor the rent payments and all other amounts stated in such Schedule, payable on the dates specified therein. All payments due under the Lease shall be made in United States dollars at Lessor's office stated in the opening paragraph or as otherwise directed by Lessor in writing.
LEASE TERM AND RENT. The Tenant’s obligation to pay Rent shall being on the move-in date and shall continue until the end of the Lease unless the Lease is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Lease. Important Dates Move-in Lease Ends Payment Information Monthly Rent Due Date Late Fee Tenant is required to provide notice to Landlord at least sixty (60) days before the end of the Lease of his or her intention to move out. If Tenant does not provide this notice, the Lease shall be extended until such date that is sixty (60) days after the date Tenant provides Landlord notice of his or her intention to leave the Property. If Tenant does not provide any notice, the Lease shall be extended until the date that is sixty (60) days after the Tenant leaves the Property.

If any payment under the Lease is due on a day on which Lessor is not open for business, then such payment shall be due and payable on the next preceding day on which Lessor is open for business.
LEASE TERM AND RENT. The lease of, and rent for, Equipment shall commence on the date hereof, and shall continue for a period of five (5) years. Rent shall be payable in equal monthly installments of $66,666.70 per month, and shall be due and payable on the first (1st) day of each month. All rent shall be payable, without notice or demand, at the office of Lessor or at such other place as Lessor shall designate in writing. Each reference herein to "rent payment date" means the date on which a payment of rent is due, and each reference herein to "rental period" means the period for which a payment of rent is due for the Equipment.
LEASE TERM AND RENT. The term ("Lease Term") will begin on _ _ (“Lease Commencement Date”), and procede on a monthly basis ending________. The total rent for this Lease Term shall be payable as follows: $1,100.00 due in subsequent installments of due on the FIRST (1st) day of each calendar month thereafter without notice, demand or offset. This Lease shall be extended automatically from month-to-month upon the same terms and conditions as set forth in this Lease, except that rent shall increase by fifty dollars ($50.00) per month effective on __________, 200_, unless either of the parties gives the other at least forty-five (45) days written notice of the intention not to extend this Lease at the end of the then current Lease Term, or the Lease is renewed in writing with terms and conditions as mutually agreed upon at that time. If this Lease is extended month-to-month, forty-five (45) days prior written notice by either party shall be required to terminate this Lease. This notice shall be received no later than the first day of the month and the tenancy shall terminate on the fifteen or last day of the month, whichever date is at least forty-five days or more from receipt of notice.
LEASE TERM AND RENT a. Unless otherwise modified or terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, the Term shall be for twelve (12) months. The Term will be automatically renewed for the same period, except, DRHA may not renew the Lease if any adult household member has violated the requirement for performance of community service or participation in an economic self- sufficiency program. [966.4 (a)(2)(i)] The amount of the Total Resident Payment and Resident Rent shall be determined by DRHA in compliance with HUD regulations and requirements and in accordance with the then current DRHA’s Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy. LEASE TERM AND RENT. (1) The validity of the lease period of this contract shall not be affected by the delay in the delivery of the lease item or the acceptance of the lessee in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (2) (3) of the preceding article, and the contract shall remain effective from the date of payment specified in the "details of lease" to the date on which the last instalment of the rent is paid and all expenses required to be paid to the lessor in accordance with the provisions of this contract.
LEASE TERM AND RENT. This Lease Agreement shall commence on the first day of the month written above and shall continue from month-to-month for so long as the monthly payment is timely received. LESSEE shall pay VILLAGE on or before the 1st day of each calendar month, the sum of One Dollar and Fifty Cents per linear foot ($1.50/foot) of parking space leased. This monthly lease payment includes any and all applicable sales or use taxes. The monthly lease payment is subject to an annual adjustment in price at discretion of the VILLAGE upon a thirty (30) days’ advanced written notice to LESSEE.
LEASE TERM AND RENT. The Tenant’s obligation to pay Rent shall being on the move-in date and shall continue until the end of the Lease unless the Lease is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Lease. Lease Start Date Monthly Rent This lease shall be month-to-month and rent shall be due on the first day of each month in which the Tenant occupies the property. This Lease may be terminated by either party at any time, and for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party no less than thirty days prior to the date of termination of the lease. If Xxxxxx provides his/her notice for a date that shall terminate prior to the end of the month for which rent is to be paid, Tenant shall pay the entire monthly rent for the month in which the termination date shall occur, and Landlord shall refund to tenant any prorated portion of the Rent due to tenant for the period of the month that the Tenant did not occupy the property at the time of the return of the Tenant’s Security Deposit.
