Lease of the Equipment. As of the Effective Date, Pinnacle and Northwest (and/or an Affiliate of Northwest) have entered into Leases with respect to the thirty-four (34) CRJ-200/440 Aircraft and three (3) Spare Engines in Pinnacle’s fleet and agree to enter into (or, as to Northwest, Northwest agrees to cause such affiliate as Northwest may designate to enter into) a Lease with respect to each additional CRJ-200/440 Aircraft and each additional Spare Engine added to Pinnacle’s fleet when and as Northwest takes delivery of such additional Equipment if Northwest has determined to use such Equipment for Regional Airline Services pursuant to this Agreement.
Lease of the Equipment. As of the Effective Date, Mesaba and Delta (and/or an Affiliate of Delta) have entered into Leases with respect to each of the Aircraft, each of the CRJ900 Spare Engines and each of the QECs.
Lease of the Equipment. As of the Effective Date, Pinnacle and Delta (and/or an Affiliate of Delta) are parties to Leases with respect to the one hundred twenty-four (124) CRJ-200 Aircraft, nine (9) Spare Engines and two (2) QECs in Pinnacle’s fleet and Mesaba and Delta (and/or an Affiliate of Delta) are parties to Leases with respect to seventeen (17) CRJ-200 Aircraft, one (1) Spare Engine and two (2) QECs in Mesaba’s fleet. In the event Delta adds any additional Aircraft in Pinnacle’s fleet pursuant to Section 3.02(a)(i), such additional Aircraft will be leased by Delta to Pinnacle pursuant to a lease that will be in substantially the same form as the Leases with respect to the CRJ-200 Aircraft in Pinnacle’s fleet as of the Effective Date. Pinnacle and Delta agree to enter into leases with respect to the QECs Delta will provide to Pinnacle pursuant to Section 3.02(a)(i) on substantially the same terms as the Leases with respect to the QECs in Pinnacle’s fleet as of the Effective Date, and such leases shall remain in effect for the Term, subject to the termination rights and other terms and conditions consistent with Section 3.02(a)(ii)(G) above.
Lease of the Equipment. As of the Effective Date, Pinnacle and Delta (and/or an Affiliate of Delta) have entered into Leases with respect to each of the Aircraft, each of the CRJ900 Spare Engines and each of the QECs.

As of the December 1, 2006, Pinnacle and Northwest (and/or an Affiliate of Northwest) have entered into Leases with respect to the one hundred twenty-four (124) CRJ-200/440 Aircraft and nine (9) Spare Engines in Pinnacle’s fleet and agree to enter into (or, as to Northwest, Northwest agrees to cause such affiliate as Northwest may designate to enter into) (a) amendments to the Leases as required to implement the terms of this Agreement as amended, and (b) a Lease with respect to each additional CRJ-200/440 Aircraft and each additional Spare Engine added to Pinnacle’s fleet when and as Northwest takes delivery of such additional Equipment if Northwest has determined to use such Equipment for Regional Airline Services pursuant to this Agreement.

Lease of the Equipment. Upon the terms and subject to ---------------------- the conditions of this Lease, Lessor agrees to lease and hereby leases the Equipment to Lessee hereunder, and Lessee agrees to lease and hereby leases the Equipment from Lessor hereunder, for the Lease Term.
Lease of the Equipment. As of the Effective Date, Mesaba and Northwest (and/or an Affiliate of Northwest) have entered into Leases with respect to the thirty-five (35) Avro Regional Jet Aircraft in Mesaba’s fleet and agree to enter into (or, as to Northwest, Northwest agrees to cause such Affiliate as Northwest may designate to enter into) a Lease with respect to each CRJ-200/440 Aircraft and each CRJ Spare Engine added to Mesaba’s fleet when and as Northwest takes delivery of such additional Equipment if Northwest has determined to use such Equipment for Regional Airline Services pursuant to this Agreement. As of the Effective Date, Mesaba and Northwest (and/or an Affiliate of Northwest) have entered into Leases with respect to the forty-nine (49) Saab 340B+ Aircraft in Mesaba’s fleet, Mesaba and Pinnacle have entered into Leases with respect to the eleven (11) Saab 340B Aircraft in Mesaba’s fleet, and Mesaba and third parties have entered into Leases with respect to the three (3) Saab 340A Aircraft in Mesaba’s fleet. Mesaba and Northwest hereby agree to amend any of the Leases for the Saab 340B+ Aircraft and the Avro Regional Jet Aircraft as may be necessary to take into account the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Lease of the Equipment. As of the Effective Date, Pinnacle and Delta (and/or an Affiliate of Delta) are parties to Leases with respect to the one hundred forty (140) Aircraft, ten (10) Spare Engines and six (6) QECs in Pinnacle’s fleet. In the event Delta adds any additional Aircraft in Pinnacle’s fleet pursuant to Section 3.02(a)(i), such additional Aircraft will be leased by Delta to Pinnacle pursuant to a lease that will be in substantially the same form as the Leases with respect to the Aircraft in Pinnacle’s fleet as of the Effective Date. In the event Delta provides Pinnacle with any additional QECs, Delta will lease such QECs to Pinnacle on substantially the same terms as the Leases with respect to the QECs in Pinnacle’s fleet as of the Effective Date.
