Monthly Payment definition

Monthly Payment. The scheduled monthly payment of principal and interest on a Mortgage Loan.
Monthly Payment. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the scheduled payment of principal and interest payable by a Mortgagor under the related Mortgage Note on each Due Date.
Monthly Payment. As to any Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and any Due Date, the payment of principal and interest due thereon in accordance with the amortization schedule at the time applicable thereto (after adjustment for any Curtailments and Deficient Valuations occurring prior to such Due Date but before any adjustment to such amortization schedule, other than for Deficient Valuations, by reason of any bankruptcy or similar proceeding or any moratorium or similar waiver or grace period).

  • The Servicer shall execute and deliver any and all necessary notices required under applicable law and the terms of the related Mortgage Note and Mortgage regarding the Mortgage Interest Rate and Monthly Payment adjustments.

More Definitions of Monthly Payment

Monthly Payment with respect to any period shall mean all amounts due and payable to any Holder or Holders during such period in accordance with the Mortgage Loan Documents.

Monthly Payment. The scheduled monthly payment on a Mortgage Loan due on any Due Date allocable to principal and/or interest on such Mortgage Loan which, unless otherwise specified herein, shall give effect to any related Debt Service Reduction and any Deficient Valuation that affects the amount of the monthly payment due on such Mortgage Loan.
