Late Pick Up Fees. Parents of children left after closing time (1800 hrs.) will be assessed a late pick-up charge of $1.00 per child per minute after closing time. The program will notify the sponsor’s supervisor to pick up the child if the child has not been picked up within a reasonable amount of time or if the parent/emergency contact cannot be reached by phone. After one hour, 1SOS Security Forces Squadron will be notified to pick-up the child. The program reserves the right to suspend services to those parents who are continually late picking up their children.

A Late Tuition fee of $10.00 will be assessed if tuition is not received on or before the 6th day of the month. A service charge of $20.00 will be charged for each check returned for insufficient funds. If two checks are returned, all subsequent payments must be made in cash, money order, or certified bank funds. This Contract for Child Care Services / Fee Agreement may be cancelled by First Baptist Georgetown Children’s Weekday Education at any time with or without notice, in its sole discretion. Any unused tuition paid by the parents/guardians will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. May 2021 tuition is due on Saturday, June 6, 2020. If you register after the due date, May 2021 tuition is due when you register. A refund of May 2021 tuition will be awarded if a cancellation is requested by July 15, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. No other refund of May 2021 tuition will be granted after July 15, 2020 except corporate transfers and military relocations. Non-payment of tuition is grounds for immediate dismissal from the program. If you anticipate difficulty paying on time, please discuss the matter with the Center Director or Financial Assistant immediately. This Contract for Child Care Services/Fee Agreement may be cancelled by the PARENTS/GUARDIANS with two weeks written notice. If you are late, the following late fees will apply and will be added to your next invoice. 11-20 minutes - $30.00 21-30 minutes - $45.00 31-60 minutes - $50.00 If a child has not been picked up at their scheduled time, the Director will reach out to the parent/guardian. If unreachable, the Director will call one of the emergency contacts. If all emergency contacts are not reachable and the child has not been picked up within one hour from closing time, the Director will notify the Department of Social Services and the Department of Welfare or contact child protective services. Withdrawal from the Program A two weekswritten notice is required prior to your child’s last day (regardless of reason for leaving). Your written notice must be signed by the Director. If a two weeks’ notice is not given, a charge equal to two weeks’ tuition, beyond the notified withdrawal date, will be added to your account.
