Services Unique You recognize that the services being performed by you under this agreement are of a special, unique, unusual, extraordinary and intellectual character giving them a peculiar value, the loss of which cannot be reasonably or adequately compensated for in damages, and in the event of a breach of this agreement by you (particularly, but without limitation, with respect to the provisions hereof relating to the exclusivity of your services and the provisions of paragraph 8 of this agreement), Employer shall, in addition to all other remedies available to it, be entitled to equitable relief by way of injunction and any other legal or equitable remedies.
Services and Facilities The Minister shall arrange for the Board to be provided with such services, staff and facilities as are necessary to enable the Board to perform its functions.
Our Services 2.1 Money transfers. Our Services allow persons resident in Belgium to make money transfers to persons in the selected countries and regions that we notify you via our website and/or mobile app. Our Services operate such that a “Sender” uses our Services to send money and a “Recipient” receives money which has been disbursed via our Services. A “Transaction” refers to a payment order given by a Sender that instructs us to make a disbursement to a Recipient via our Services. The “Transaction Amount” is the amount paid to us by the Sender to execute a disbursement to the Recipient. The “Payout Amount” is the amount paid out to the Recipient.
Services Services available under this Contract are limited to related services as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their service offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of services awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above.
New Services (a) From time to time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may request the other Party to provide additional or different services which such other Party is not expressly obligated to provide under this Agreement (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Additional Services or Service Increases, the “New Services”). The Party receiving such request shall consider such request in good faith; provided, however, that no Party shall be obligated to provide any New Services, including because, after negotiations between the Parties pursuant to Section 2.04(b), the Parties fail to reach an agreement with respect to the terms (including the Service Charges) applicable to the provision of such New Services.
Information and Services Required of the Owner § 3.1.1 The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.
The Services 3.1.1 The Supplier shall supply the Services and provide all Deliverables to the Authority during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Contract in consideration for the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.
