Contractor shall also provide an Emergency Contact in the event of an emergency occurring after business hours or on weekend/holidays.
Contractor must notify OGS within five Business Days if it’s Contract Administrator, Emergency Contact, or Customer Service employees change, and provide an interim contact person until the position is filled.
