Interschool Mail. The Association may use the interschool mail delivery service to distribute official Association material. The Board reserves the right to refuse to deliver any materials or communications which it deems to be illegal or libelous. Individually addressed correspondence shall be handled in a confidential manner.

Interschool Mail. The Union shall have the right to use the interschool mail service to distribute official Union material as long as such use does not interfere with the normal operation of the interschool mail service.

The Union shall be permitted to use the interschool mail system for distributing information to its members only when the District has determined that the information pertains to the business of the District. The Union agrees to place its heading on all communications that it distributes and to address all communications to a particular individual.

The Association shall have the right to use interschool mail facilities and school mailboxes for distribution of printed materials to teachers; provided that all such materials clearly and conspicuously identify that they are distributed and authorized by the Association. A copy of all such materials shall be given to each building administrator when distribution occurs in that administrator's building and to the Superintendent of Schools. The Board may provide additional distribution.
Interschool Mail. Except for multi-addressed correspondence, interschool mail shall be opened only by the addressee.

The Union may utilize the District email system to facilitate communication with its members on matters of business unrelated to political issues or matters of conflict or adversity with the District, and in accordance with current District email policies. 106 EXAMINATION OF RECORDS. Material which reflects on the performance of an employee may be placed into the central personnel file or working file by an authorized supervisor at any time. Anonymous, derogatory materials shall not be placed in the official file. Any anonymous material retained in a working file may not be used as the sole reason for disciplinary action against the employee. Such files will be secured. However, employees shall be given copies of all such material at time of placement and shall be given opportunity to respond or rebut in writing within seven (7) workdays any and all entries into the personnel files.
Interschool Mail. The Association shall have the privilege of reasonable use of the interschool mail facilities for the purpose of conducting official union business.

The Association, in the performance of the Association’s professional activities, will have the right to use the inter-school mail facilities, the electronic communication network (email) and shall have the right to place notices, circulars, and other materials, on faculty bulletin boards, and in teacher mailboxes. The Association office shall be included as a scheduled stop on the school mail route. The Association agrees not to gather or disseminate political advertising or material inherently disruptive to the classroom learning environment through District facilities.
