ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES. A. There will be no reprisals of any kind taken against any teacher solely by reason of his/her membership in the Association or for participation in any of its lawful activities.
ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES. A. Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all reasonable times subject to administrative approval and provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations.

The Board agrees to furnish to the Association in response to reasonable requests from time to time all available information concerning the financial resources of the district, including but not limited to: annual financial reports and audits, register of certified personnel, tentative budgets, agendas and minutes of all Board meetings, census data and, upon authorization, names and addresses of all teachers, and such other information that shall assist the Association in developing intelligent, accurate, informed and constructive programs on behalf of the teachers and their students, together with information which may be necessary for the Association to process any grievance or complaint.

Whenever any authorized representative of the Association or any authorized or involved teacher participates during working hours in negotiations, grievance proceedings, conferences or meetings scheduled by the Committee or Administration, he shall suffer no loss of pay.

Pursuant to Chapter 123, Public Law 1974, public employees included in the negotiating unit have, and shall be protected in the exercise of the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to form, join and assist any employee organization or refrain from any such activity. As a duly selected body exercising governmental powers under cover of law of the State of New Jersey, the Board undertakes and agrees that it shall not directly or indirectly discourage or deprive or coerce any employee in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by Chapter 123, Public Law 1974, or other laws of New Jersey, or the Constitution of New Jersey and the United States.
