Print Mail. The Fund hereby engages PFPC as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and PFPC.
Print Mail. The Fund hereby engages BNYM as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and BNYM.
Print Mail. The Fund hereby engages PNC as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items.
Print Mail. The parties acknowledge that Transfer Agent is no longer performing or subcontracting print/mail services to a third party for the printing contemplated under the Agreement, but instead the Funds have directly engaged a separate print vendor to provide such services. As such, any references in the Agreement to Transfer Agent preparing and mailing any items, including but not limited to shareholder reports, prospectuses, shareholder statements and confirmations, and tax forms (1099, 1042, etc.) (“Shareholder Documents”) shall be modified to reflect Transfer Agent preparing and providing, in electronic format, to the Funds’ print vendor of choice “print/read” files of such Shareholder Documents to enable the print vendor to print and mail the Shareholder Documents to shareholders and to the Funds for electronic delivery of shareholder daily statements, confirmations and tax forms (1099Div/B etc.), and any future enhancement for electronic delivery of additional items as agreed upon between the Funds and the Transfer Agent. Transfer Agent’s composition of such Shareholder Documents is outlined in Appendix A, attached hereto, and is subject to the fees outlined therein. Not in limitation of the generality of the foregoing, the following sections are amended as follows:
Print Mail. The Trust hereby engages PFPC as its print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Trust and PFPC.
Print Mail. The Funds hereby engage USBGFS as their print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Funds and USBGFS. USBGFS can utilize the services of a third party as deemed appropriate by USBGFS to perform this function.
Print Mail. The Fund hereby engages BNYM as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to the print/mail items listed in the Fee Agreement at the fees set forth in the Fee Agreement for all communications sent to shareholders pursuant to Sections 3(a)(6)(ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) and for all other print or mail output that results from or is otherwise reasonably related to the performance of other services described in Section 3, such as the issuance of checks issued in connection with dividends and other distributions under Section 3(a)(4). BNYM agrees to provide such other print/mail services as the Fund may reasonably request at the Fees listed in the Fee Agreement or at commercially reasonable rates if appropriate fees are not listed in the Fee Agreement.
Print Mail. The Fund agrees that it shall engage BNYM as its sole and exclusive service provider with respect to the printing, preparation for mailing and mailing of the shareholder communications required by Sections 3(a)(6)(ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) of the Agreement, of all checks distributed by BNYM in performing the services described in Section 3 and of any and all other communications and documents required to be printed or mailed, or both printed and mailed, that are reasonably related to services provided under this Agreement. BNYM agrees, upon the reasonable request of the Fund, to print or mail, or both print and mail, any other Fund communications or documents and to perform any of its other standard print/mail services at its prevailing rates. Print Mail. The GE Fund Products hereby engage PFPC as their exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the GE Fund Products and PFPC.
Print Mail. The GE Products hereby engage USBFS as their print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the GE Fund Products and USBFS.
