Examples of Official File in a sentence

  • The University shall have regard to all the documents in a Member’s Official File when considering the Member’s employment status, or when evaluating the Member’s performance.

  • At any time, however, Members may request to view anonymized confidential letters of assessment held in their Official File.

  • Members will be required to provide identification before access to the Official File is granted.

  • All documents maintained by the University with respect to any period of a Member’s employment with the University as a full-time faculty member, or as a part-time contract academic staff member, or as a full-time or part-time professional librarian, or as a Member with a Special Academic Rank shall be placed in the Member’s Official File.

  • The candidate’s Official File, excluding any disciplinary letters, shall be made available to the members of the Faculty Review Committee and the Tenure and Promotion Committee.

  • The Member or his/her representative shall not remove the Official File from its designated location in the register of Members’ Official Files under 12.1.2.

Official File means files maintained in the respective Vice- Presidents’ offices in accordance with Article 23.
