Internal School Mail System. It is agreed that the Association shall be permitted to use the internal school mail system for bona fide Association business communications, provided that they do not overtax the system nor require additional duty time of the District mail handlers and that such communications are clearly labeled as Association business and display the name of the representative authorizing such distribution. Such communications shall not defame any individual, group, or agency. Partisan political materials shall not be distributed through the school district's mail or e-mail service. The District shall permit the Association to use District email for Association communications as permitted by law.

Internal School Mail System. The Union may use the District mail service, staff member mailboxes, technology, and electronic mail in compliance with District policies and regulations for communication to staff members, provided that such communications are clearly labeled as Union business and display the name of the representative authorizing such distribution. Access to these communication systems is an exclusive right of the Union for the purposes of communicating; general announcements, scheduling meetings, work related to joint District-Union efforts and information related to the general administration of the organization. Use of District mail is prohibited for: communications related to political campaigns, lobbying public officials, Union positions on political issues, internal Union campaigning, confidential information related to negotiations and confidential information related to all District staff members. The permissibility of other communications may be determined through labor-management. Such communication shall not defame any individual, group, or agency.

Related to Internal School Mail System

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.
